Hi, I'm Elitsa!
I am an elite dance athlete with 25 years of worldwide experience in the professional world of dance. 7 years of ballet, 13 years of peak-performance coaching in ballet, fitness & body awareness, and since 2018 the founder of Ballet Univerze™ engineering innovative health solutions that empower dancers & individuals globally.
With a Master's in Applied Sciences in Dance, I am also a motion analysis specialist, certified scientist & coach in physical training, dance psychology, dance medicine, nutrition and manual therapy.
On one side I exclusively advocate support and care for dancers' health, well-being, talent development & career longevity. On another side I help individuals from all professions to recognise their toxic motoric habits and to cohere their lifestyle with healthy routines.
